- $150 Non-refundable application fee (required to start-processing fee applies)
- $32.89 Non-refundable student license fee
- $1250 Non-refundable enrollment fee (required to start-processing fees applies)
Submitting an application does not guarantee admission. Elite reserves the right to approve or deny admission.
We do not accept Financial Aide or VA benefits at this time.
Students are required to wear solid black scrubs (top/bottom-no logos).
Students are responsible for the testing fees for the state board written and practical examinations once they have completed the program.

I understand that once I have been notified by the school that my registration application has been reviewed/approved I will need to complete an enrollment packet and submit my enrollment fee ($1289.89) in order to secure my seat, cover my books, kit & supplies.
